The story of two dancers who never physically met

The practice of never meeting retells the story of a four year collaboration between two dancers who have never physically met. It unfolds in time and rolls upon rolls of paper. As a material and a surface to dance with, paper becomes a way of extending the body towards the absent other.

The practice of never meeting faltet und entfaltet die Geschichte zweier Tänzerinnen, die sich trotz ihrer vierjährigen Zusammenarbeit nie physisch begegnet sind. In Rollen und Rollen an Papier erweitern sie stets ihre Körper in Richtung der jeweils abwesenden Anderen.
