Can political art be effective or does art automatically develop its own beautiful appearance and thereby become politically ineffective and what does the possibility of authenticity offer?

Tim Blunk‘s performing of the poems with Markus Minarik Trio he wrote during his solitary confinement in the USP Marion and Levenworth, in interaction with the artists, provides a level of authenticity through which this performance tonight breaks out of its pure art existence and into the discursive context of the entire happening Fire A 1000 Poems goes over.
